God's GRACE

I posted this same photo on my This is the day blog...however..

HERE it is to CELEBRATE the good news that upon Kelly's recent test..no Cancer was found!!! AMEN.

She had more test to go through for various things..some side affects of treatments. Please keep her in prayer.

and for me...

Monday I return to my Breast Cancer Surgeon for another mammogram and followup.

It has been TWO YEARS for both Kelly and I from our diagnosis...

Thank you for your prayers...

My Bible

Though the cover is worn,
and the pages are torn,
and though places bear traces of tears.
Yet more precious than gold,
is this Book worn and old,
that can shatter and scatter my fears.
When I prayerfully look,
in this precious old Book,
many treasures and pleasures I see;
many tokens of love,
from the Father above;
Who is nearest and dearest to me.
This old Book is a guide,
'tis a friend by my side;
it will lighten and brighten my way.
And with each promise I find,
it soothes and gladdens my mind,
as I read it and head it today.
To this Book will I cling,
of it's worth will I sing;
Though great losses and crosses be mine.
For I cannot despair,
though surrounded by care,
While possessing this blessing divine.

The KING JAMES Bible

This Book...reveals the mind of God, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners, and the happiness of believers.

It's doctrines are holy, it's precepts binding, it's histories are true and it's decisions are immutable.

Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, and practice it to be holy.

It involves highest responsibility, will reward willing labours, and condemn all who trifle with it's sacred contents.

Owned, it is riches, studied, it is wisdom, trusted, it is salvation, loved, it is character and obeyed it is power.
